Our Story

Effra is founded by Caroline Vanovermeire (previously OE Director, Barclays and current Global Director of Talent, Dentsu) and consists of a group of highly experienced experts in: Strategy, Digital, HR, Change, Innovation, Talent and Leadership who will care for your business as much as you do.

 

We are living proof that boundaries between roles are fading and that organisations are struggling to retain talented individuals with an immense desire to contribute, having left high impact roles to join forces in our mission to make a difference to the employment landscape.

 

We are united because of our shared values and took a leap of faith together to establish Effra. We have immense fun working together and inject our energy and passion into all of our projects.
