Chris’ passion is the light bulb moment when a leader or a team realises that there is another way to achieve success. A continuous learner at heart, a 10/10 day at work for Chris is when everyone has learnt something new. His purpose is to help people get to where they want to be.
Chris has over 25 years of experience in developing talent and leadership in a range of sectors including in his last corporate role as Vice President of Leadership Development in a FTSE 100 education company.
He has designed and delivered diagnostic tools and development initiatives globally and provided assessment and feedback throughout the talent pipeline from high potential, Generation Y graduates to executive leaders of multi-million pound businesses.
Strongly practical yet imaginative, during his early years Chris sported a map of the world on his bedroom wall. Since then, he has travelled the world many times in support of leaders and their purpose without losing sight that happiness for him means family, friends, music and food.
